Not if the stock is LR, or FR. If the stock was in Amanda's private stock pack (Which I assume it is, because Amanda only sells them) then he does not have to post it.

Also. If PR is so much better because Runelocus just gives out bias votes, then why don't you go back there? I'm starting to dislike you, Aiden. 1. I don't know who Amanda is, I haven't been into RuneLocus's community in about 2 years.
2. I loved the graphics community awhile ago, and it's where I found the people who inspired me.
3. I'm not cocky, but if someone is gonna post crap on my work, I'm gonna post back.
4. The only reason I've used a RS char for a few of my signatures is because it was requested (Only the registered members can see the link.)

Anyway, people here at Runelocus judge the work as it should. It's not a popularity contest, they vote for the best.

People think your cocky because you're an ego-whore; which you seem to be. However people don't seem to vote because of popularity. Hell; SOTW isn't biased in any way. Even the greater artists lose in SOTW sometimes.

I didn't say sotw was biased... but in my experience, alot of people seem to lean turn better personality rather than better art; when it comes to sig battles.
