Cheap/free screen record?

Can somebody tell me the cheapest or a free way to record a gameplay when i play Xbox, please?

Camera, but that's crappy...
There is a little device that saves it but, it isn't cheap.

There's no free screen recorders.

You can either go with CC ( Capture Cards ) or a PVR.
Easy Cap - is pretty cheap
Capture Cards - They can be expensive for good quality.
HD PVRs - Expensive, but best for recording.
