Cataclysm problems

Hey there people, i have recently ''digital'' purchased WoW: Cataclysm, which means i dont have a disk but i have a game client downloaded, thats the only difference.
And when i come ingame, with my battle.net account, it just says im a trial account and i cannot send ''tells'' or what people say, messages.
I am 100% SURE that i have purchased the game heres the picture of the shit i have:

Only the registered members can see the link.

Does anybody know how to do/fix this?

I think you need to register for a battle.net account, Then input the KEY Into their website.

I am guessing you purchased the digital download via battle.net?

I suggest getting in contact with their support staff then mate..

All I can really think of.. Maybe the account did not merge with the game yet.. And you have to wait a few hours.. IDK.. Sorry

Im also having problems with battle.net, Ive merged my account and i asked for a new pass, i got it and it wont log me in :/

Fixed my problem, looks like ill be playing wow soon :P

About your problem, your best bet is getting in touch with customer support by email; the reason why i quit wow before was because i had patching problems and their customer support lines were bleeding my wallets dry :P
