Also like to say Congratulations to Ishana for being promoted twice in a matter of 48 hours.

Posts do not determine activity at all like Cart says. I've seen Lusfr solve a shitload of reports that I wasn't even bothered solving because it was just too much.
Also, the difference between Junior and full isn't much. Juniors can only hand out bans through infractions, full global moderators can do it the usual way (and remove bans too).
The junior stage is just to test people if they're trustable with the full powers. We all know Lusfr is trustable (he's been Global Moderator before too).
