Remove the woman, fix the right torch, remove the outline from the box with the server name and stuff and the black out line from the rock thing...
I think it'll look good after that.
Also try to keep the text IN the box...

I don't like it, at all. It's really just not to good. I hate to be mean, but nothing is how it should be here. To reiterate my point, 1/10. Read up on some tutorials.
