Meta seq editing items etc..

okay im beginning to learn about customising models etc.. and im using meta seq atm im under the impression that if i use the mat tool on it i can change the colour of items etc.. by selecting the faces of the item and just clicking to change the colour thn save export etc.. however i cannot choose which colour i wish to edit it to..? any help with this? also when i did recolour something with a default colour black and then put it ingame it still came up white :S

any help would be appreciated :)

What are you talking about?
Open mat panel, and change the colors.
Then use the color picker tool released on silabs, to figure out what color is what, go into class8, and show the changed colors.
That's it.
