For those who don't know, a Rune Pure in F2P looks like this.

Attack : 40
Strength : 90+ (Extra combat levels from Attack/Defence makes this neccesary)
Defence : 40 (With Rune Platebody)
HP: Depends, 99 would be preferable, but 99 strength will get you to approx 92.
Prayer : Personal preference, I strongly recommend 31, but that's just me.
Magic : 99 for resistance, but, not really needed. I'd say at least 60+, won't take long.

The beauty of Rune Pures are there versatility. They can take damage and dish it out in equal amounts, while still sustaining a combat level of around 80. They're inexpensive for use in the Wilderness, and the rewards are greater then the risk, as long as you follow this guide.
First things first, to start with, you'll probably want a bit of starting cash.

Mine essence, fill vials, chop yews, whatever, but 300k minimum. Purchase a few sets of everything up to Rune, including scimitars, as well as a few thousand lobbies. Lobbies have crashed horribly and are sitting at 70gp, so buying them in bulk is cheap.

Combat-
(Use TFighter, or inbuilt fighter in Rsbot)
(ALL STATS)
1-15.
Anyone who says that chickens are good exp is fucking stupid. They're horrible, crowded and shit. Go goblins in Lumbridge, and level all of your stats, Attack/Strength/Defence/HP to 15 here.

15-30 (DEFENCE)
Ok, now, you're going to be going to Minotaurs. Do stronghold of security, and go to the minotaurs on the first level. They're in the furthest room to the north in the Stronghold. You should get around 5-10kxp p/h. It's absolutely essential that you stop before 32 defence. Once you're at this level, equip your adamant armour, then follow the rest of the guide.

(STRENGTH)
15-50
Same place. Get attack to level 38 just in case, you'll understand eventually why. Get Strength to 50 approx, or more if you wish. It's recommended to get to around 60, it will make the quests quicker. If you want, at 50 strength, you can go to the

QUESTS

All F2P Quests besides Dragon Slayer (AT THE MOMENT) should be completed. Consult Runescape Wiki for tips on completing these quests. If you're not 40 attack after Vampire Slayer, kill Minotaurs until you are. If you hate quests, look around on the Services section for people offering to do f2p quests for a cheap price. You don't NEED to complete EVERY quest, but if you decide to go p2p, the extra quest points are nice.

Once you've done that, your stats should look like this.

Attack : 40.
Strength : 50.
Defence : 32.
HP : 45 approx.

Equip your Rune Scimitar and Adamant Armour and head down to the flesh crawlers.
Use Ahmedbasil's Flesh Crawler script until you're around 70 Strength, now complete the quest Dragon Slayer. This shouldn't be too difficult with full Adamant and Rune Scimitar. No, you can't get prayer for protection prayers, it will ruin your pure. 26 Swordfish, 2 Strength Pots, should be easy. Once you've finished it, hand it in, you'll get 18.5k strength and defence, so you should still be 70 strength, but gf, 40 defence, and Rune Plate bitch.

Sorry, can't PK yet. Equip your FULL RUNE, and go to the Giant Spiders. Stay here till desired strength level, remember, 90+. Use the free Giant Spider script.

When you PK, equip a Strength Amulet, full Rune and a 2h if you want, and if you have 50+ RC, a teleport tab. Don't start thinking you're a noob if you port, who gives a shit about having integrity on Runescape, you're saving some money. You should be able to kill Rangers and Mages alike, and you'll cut through 1 def heroes.
If you want, you can get to 45 defence for the Rune Berserker shield. This will give you extra strength, but obviously at the same time, extra cb levels.
Only the registered members can see the link.
These are the ideal stats you should have as a rune pure. Bear in mind, this WILL take a couple of months, unless you suicide bot, in which it should take a couple of weeks.
45 Defence will get you to combat level 86.

So, hope you enjoyed reading my guide. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO COMMENT!
