Actually, I believe it's 30-50 if I saw a post Ikiliki posted correctly.

If you want, you could buy a golden server position for $30/€25, but you are limited to payment options you probably don't know (no paypal).

To answer your question, you don't have to pay to be in the Toplist. However, to get the Silver or Gold status, you have to pay, though you can only pay via Wallie card at the moment.

Where do we pay for these golden server? I see a donate button but i'm not sure if that gets me the golden server.
