Ask Jagex, got mute from friends 99 summoning party and we was muting fishing guild..i used pie :)...i was in fact muted for a couple of hours but after appealing it was lifted. Didnt know it was denied till now though.

That's probably because I didn't use the username Dean back then. My old username was Pavel.

You don't deserve a vouch just because you were an old member that wasn't even active. People say they registered in 2007, just because they registered doesn't mean that the community knows them well, or if they were active.

Actually im reading it now and it still sounds dumb to me. I was muted for spamming at a 99 summ party, after sending an appeal...and somehow getting denied i was unmuted hours later. Maybe cause the summ party was a damn month before being muted.

After being muted another friend got 99 fish...this time i wanted to get muted :)...so yea its really not muted anymore i havnt heard of a year mute.
