Perfect combat pk-server, Do people still like these?

Tell me if people still like these.
I was thinking of using my current base, having nearly perfect combat.

This will include:
- 100% Dragon claws special (Clearly, people still like overpowered crap like this.)
- 100% Maxhit formula's (Ripped from Tip.it and converted by me)
- Working defence systems + accuracy systems.
- Full Pvp-World
- No economy.
- Item spawning + setlevel commands.

Also, if you think people would like a Pk-server, but done differently, please post it here.

Not just about the combat system.

pk servers are nice, but it won't help you build a community

people will get bored of the server if they have nothing to accomplish

your giving them all they want basically

why pk? to make the other person sad that they lost items
but wait, they can spawn in ur server? pking = now pointless

Of course people like perfect combat, but they also like eco and not getting 99 in every stat the first hour.
