And nuuuuuuu I was gonna suggest to add a huge lava flow around the entire building, but of course not the entrance.

If you hit the clouds, you could dig a mine underneath, add a basement and such. Thats what I usually find myself doing.

Unless I remove all that water and ice, it would quite impossible.

Make the basement out of glass, so its underwater; its not as hard as you may think.
