Can't register server?

I've had my server on runelocus toplist before, but i deleted it, now i'm trying to add a new one, and it says i already have one, i tried to go on the cp but it says it doesn't exist?
so it's actually deleted, why can't i make a new one?

There are issues with the Toplist currently, soon as ikiliki reads he'll fix them ASAP.

Maybe you cannot register because your ip isn't being shown connected, Just a guess.
