Hello i have a just made a rsps, it has over 200 customs. here is client dl link Only the registered members can see the link.
When u open server, and u run it, go to the top left corner and go to files or something and look for ip change, change the ip to this! tylerandnickscape.no-ip.biz
first 3 get co,admin, and mod

Since this is your first, some pointers -

1. Don't mention customs, people don't like them.

2. Use a non-ip-changer client.

3. Don't offer staff positions for whoever is on first

4. Post pictures.

Read some other adverts before you make one this is pretty bad.

You are even sure of the files names u said "go to files or something"
