Can't connect to my server any more?

Okay this started happening a week ago, i turned my PC off to let it cool down as it had been on for about 3 weeks, and when i turned it back on again i couldn't get onto my server... In fact no one can. It's really strange. Any thoughts of why it's not working? I've tried port forwarding again and still no change, i tried using utorrent to port forward and that still doesn't work.

try to conect to 0.0.0.0. if it does connect that means the default if change example.: 192.168.1.100 this was my default ip it changed to 192.168.1.103 by cuz i use few PC you may need to change the forwarding but idk if its that for you

User your localhost. 127.0.0.1 in client- and 0.0.0.0 serversided.
