CryEngine3 is a game engine with advanced graphics, physics, animation, etc. It now has support to DirectX 11 on the PC.
CryEngine3 is also the engine used by the soon-to-be-released game Crysis 2.

The images are .JPEG, not .PNG
&
most of us don't have a Full HD monitor (HDMI or DVI connected) so as a matter of fact, the GFX might be better then those screenshots.
