im selling my runescape account for a few things.

1.can make me a few quests for my rsps.
2. make me a kickass minigame
3. help me out with a point system for npc kills and lvl ups in my rsps

u can pick one of them and once done with one i will give u my account

hes lvl 89 with pretty good stats

i just play the game no more

so this is a easy win if u know how to do rsps

i have a PI 317 base server

How about using an MM? I'll do it for free. What you'll do is give me the account details, I'll temporarily change the password, then when the person has finished what they're supposed to do, I'll give them the account. That way, neither one of you gets scammed.
