[HELP]Need a tutorial on adding models to a pi 317[HELP]

yeah this might be a nooby question but i cant figure out how to add models to a PI 317... ive looked all over (i even used google) all the tutorials seem to be delta. i dont want to use delta and i cant seem to find how to add models and stuff i would really like to add new items such as donator cape staff capes etc. if anyone knows a tutorial could you please post it here or tell me how to do it. would help alooooooooooooooooooot.
