[Suggestion] Ban popups alltogether.

Why?
On around 10% of computers, ones with certain screen sizes / dimension settings the popup will appear at the bottom of there screen, often cutting off the optional close popup bit.

What rule does this break?
Basically its force voting, because the person is unable to click anywhere but the vote link in order to access the site, forcing players who often might not want to vote, to vote.

Overall I think it would be best if all websites just stopped using them, it would cut down on alot of these reports and confusion, cut back on forced votes and perhaps help out server owners by making there websites a bit more user friendly.

Some shit websites have this "Remind me in 30 seconds" button, some "Remind me in 30 minutes" (just examples). It's so annoying and pretty much forcing them by annoying the players.
Remind me tomorrow would be the best imo.

i'd just click on the banner and since its not possible to vote on school computers, i'd just close the window, ta-da its gone for rest of day + didn't have to vote

10% is not small, if a server got 2000 votes one month, 200 of these being forced can make a big difference.

You should add a rule about time about 30 minutes or an hour. Even though most of the server owner will start complaining.

Yeah, that happened me with 1 server while I was 800x600, unfortunatly I had to change to 1024x768.

Its not a big deal, go on the page, and do CTRL + SCROLL DOWN
and it'll zoom out. It's not so hard to do, just do it u lazy hobos.

Im sorry this isn't about peoples intelligence.

And no, not all RSPS PLAYERS know how to program java, very few in fact.

Plus not all know how to zoom out or will know that zooming out will help them to close the popup.

yh its really annoying.. thats why i dont add it on my website i earn my votes, its really annoying and its like force them to vote, this sould be removed it really annoying :/
