Put this in your TOS...
No JaGex employee or anyone related to a JaGex employee will be allowed to enter this site. If caught, they will face a lawsuit as this is a breach of my TOS and therefore they deserve to suck Cow's Bollocks until their mouth goes purple.
That should work.
JOKES...Put this. Its got a loada legal mumbo jumbo in :)
You are not an employee of Jagex LTD, or runescape, and are not a family member or acquaintance of the aforementioned.
You are not an employee of any law firm contracted with Jagex LTD, and are not a family member or acquaintance of said firm.
You do not currently play runescape, or any other Jagex game, and are therefore not subject to their TOS or any other agreement with them. The last one is a bit stupid, but oh well :)

probably have to get some fancy-shmancy "offshore" webhost, which comes up to a scam after 2-4 months
