[525] How do i add commands to my 525 RSPS ?

I'm use to coding 508 servers, but 525 are totaly different. So i need some help.

I mean like adding commands such as,
::food ::jail ::ban etc.

I thought 508 and 525 the same

Because most 525's are just 508 loading 525.....
