Removed thread-per-client,
Delete a lot of commands to make the source a bit more stabler
Made the items hit lower, The bonuses were too high
Made Per-hit 200XP
Added Lag-Handler
Added so people cant spam with allgofreebot
Added [NEWS] handler.
Added a re-starter that goes into the bottom icons
