Hey!
Jamie Taylor and I are building a website for a RSPS that hasn't been made yet. Anyways here is the welcome page so far! When you hover over forums, client or help it shows you some more information!

I'm sorry, but this looks VERY bad. It seems like you just discovered the layer effects today. I can barely read the paragraph!
This also looks very badly aligned.

It's bland and horrible. You might want to start with basic ideas for graphics then try and get better, my graphics are slowly getting improved, also go to graphic websites and ask for help.

The graphics for the site need improvement desperately. As kaos said, the graphics are a bit bland, you would usually want to use "opposite" colors that will match with each other. The best way to think about it, is like putting on clothes on in the morning. Would you wear a gray shirt with light gray text, gray pants, and gray shoes? No, of course not. A basic standard that will leave you going "wow i have a ton of space now" is that you should combine most navigation into a header or smaller navigation box. Then, in the middle you can include important things like info about your forum and server, new posts, voting links, news, etc. Learning the CSS box model will help you tremendously, here's a great tutorial
