View Full Version : Jagex are closing RuneScape next month!

Earlier I was in Mod MMG's clan and 10 J-Mods were online saying sorry so then I added one of them and pmed and he said "RuneScape will be closed in May, we do not know the due date yet but we will be closing" I can't tell how sad I was to hear a J-Mod tell me that in pm coldly so I searched the forums and it appears to be true, RuneScape will be no more. There is a thread being debated right now about why RuneScape is closing, most people say JaGeX just wanted to make money and when they had enough they close it down and live their lives but others say the servers are becoming more and more laggy and they cannot deal with ALL the players needing help all at once I actually got to chat with Mod MMG (Well he didn't add me it was in his clan chat) and I will show you EXACTLY what he said (Screenshot taken from another player
