Okay so I'm sitting here trying to make myself Admin, I'm in my character file and this is what I'm seeing:

Now I assume the rights: 0 should be rights: 2 if I want Admin, but every time I change it and log in I'm not an Admin and I go back into the file and it's back to a 0...
I've tried compiling after doing it, nothing has worked so far. O_o
