Your probably connecting to local host and the people that can't get on are connecting to something that isn't online :p

I use uTorrent to get other people on my server, without it, it dosent work for me.

No problem. But you have to run the server in the CMD then open uTorrent.

Did you try to edit your cache or did you try do do anything with it?

Change the ip of the client then you need to redo the webclient. Otherwise you done something wrong in the tutorial you have or you are using a different deob tutorial for webclient.

Your cache is connected to YOUR localhost, you have to upload it and change the webclient.
