Okay so im getting real bored of Black Ops so im deciding to go back to the previous call of duty's which should I get:

Call Of Duty 4

Or

Call Of Duty World At War

cod4 i love it due to m40a3 quick scoping 1shot kills mostly.

Ah, this is one of the harder ones.
I loved WAW quite a lot, it was like a better version of Black op's.
It had the old feel, but fun feel, bolt-action rifles also made it have a fun sniping, but challenging aspect.
But it did have the game-ruined, the Mp40 with Jug.
The maps in this where LEGENDARY, I love them, almost everyone of them. Even the smaller maps like Dome where tolerable.

COD 4 is more a modern feel, it has decent maps and guns, Sniping was still challenging even tho it was easier then WAW, but it was still fun and challenging, the guns where all good and none really ruined the game, the one that got close was the M16, it was just a dominate gun on every game type, but it wasn't game-ruining as you hardly ever saw it, people where to busy quickscoping and having fun.

So, you either can chose from a REALLY fun game with awesome maps and guns, but it is all spoiled by 1 gun (But, keep in mind, if WAW didn't have the Mp40, the game would be the best COD ever made, keep that in mind).
Or a, less fun, but still fun Modern Game, which built where COD is today, which just has DECENT everything.

My personal opinion, WAW. But, its up to you :)

(By the way, another personal opinion, don't listen to Hutch. He plays MW2, and quickscopes in it. Almost every single other person who 'PLAYED' MW2 knows how incredibly easy Quickscoping is in that game, but he still maintains how it is 'hard'. Also thinks every single other COD that offers him a challenge sucks, because I don't think he is very good at games :D)

@Twisted - Actually, I played COD 4 for the longest time. I was ranked 12th for competitve, and my clan was easily one of the best out there. I've played all the COD games, gamebattles and sniping competivetly.

But no, WAW is the most realsitic and is based on events that actully happend.

Most of them actually are based on facts that really happened.
MW1 and 2 are complete BS on the story, but they focus on reality, not facts.
But then again, how can we know non of that happened.
Black Ops was very precise.

Call of Duty: World at War, in my opinion is the best out of all four games. I was most into World at War when I played, it was the most fun on a Call of Duty I have had. This may have been because when I played it I was quite good on it and I was addicted to Call of Duty at the time. But I recommend World at War. I imagine you have played them both before, just choose which you enjoyed most. (:

CoD 5 is actually amazing I love it not many hacked lobbies plus its actually kind of challenging.
CoD 4 is really good for M40A3 quicksniping it is a good game I played it long after MW2 was released and then eventually got MW2.

I say get COD 4 though.
