First you will need to download toms cache suite, which can be found here: Only the registered members can see the link.
Second, you will need to open the Cache Suite, trunk > Suite > Suite.jar.
Third, you will need to load your cache, to do this click "File" and then "Load Cache" and just find your cache and load it.
Fourth, to find your images click "View/Edit Image Archives".
Fifth, now you will see a dropdown box, if you're looking to replace sprites click "Media" if you would like to replace the background and the runescape logo click "Title".
Sixth, now that you know what you want to edit you're going to need to load the sprite, to do this you will need to find the sprite and then when you've found it click "Import" after you've imported the sprite, click "Save Archive" and you're done :).
