I own a Dazzle DVC-100.
I can get pretty decent quality.

This is the RAW Video file the Dazzle makes: Only the registered members can see the link.
This is my edited one, little bit better, and black and white at the beginning: Only the registered members can see the link.

I have the least expensive Dazzle, you can get the platinum which will cost you a fortune but its really close to HD-PVR.
