What? just because some black friends you know are all "gangsta" it means that they can't go on a computer and have some fun?
There's plenty of geek(?) nerd(?) black people i know, and they play games on their PS3, or Computers, idk if its RS, but yes there are black people who play RS to answer your question, which was a dumb one to start off with.
