Please Downgrade Your minecraft Client to 1.4 for the following reasons, (NOTE: the server will be updated to 1.5, please read the reason bellow for more news on when it will be updated)
It had been reported that 1.5 had ALOT of bugs! Notch is working on to fix them and release 1.5.1
Craftbukkit will only release a new fix once notch fix all these bugs.
Ongoing update: bukkit for 1.5 - Read here
Solution for now - Downgrade your client back to 1.4 !
================================================== ===================
1. Download the 1.4 'bin' folder from Only the registered members can see the link.
2. Remove the existing 'bin' folder from your '.minecraft' folder first.
3. Then unzip the downloaded 1.4 'bin' folder to your '.minecraft' folder
Where is my '.minecraft'?
--------------------------------------
On Windows 7,
1. Go to My computer
2. Under Address bar and type : %AppData%/.minecraft
It will pop your ".minecraft' folder
On MacOSX, it is at ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft

When your going back to log in after you finish downgrading did you use the webrowser or the desktop client, because you need to use the desktop client and when it ask you to upgrade say no.
