Scroll bar glitch?

I don't know if this happens to you guys, but sometimes when I am editing my own thread, or posting it, the scroll bar glitches. Like, whenever I go to click on a certain area of the box, it scrolls to the top. Or when I go to move my mouse, box scrolls to the top also.

what Browser are you using?
The mouse your using been okay?
Is it only on Runelocus?

Yeah, it just automatically scrolls up, and it's annoying. I can barely edit a thread.

I'm using Windows Internet Explorer.

Using IE is for losers, go get Chrome or Firefox.
See if the problem persists on those 2 if it does, then reply again telling me so.

Definitely Chrome. I have Firefox for backup uses, but i just love how unique Chrome looks rather than the standard browser, but Firefox IS fast, though i can't say that i've noticed any speed differences between Chrome and Firefox, i'm with chrome for the looks and the fact that Google made it.
If google made it, its got to be good.
