What do you need me to repost?

The entire thing. It's WAAAY too big. It has to be a decent signature size. What you have would be considered a Large Piece.

I can't change the image size on the app that I used, I can resize it I guess on Photoshop.

Nope ;) they're applyed image for "sharpen & blur" = depth.

& actually, they're lots of effects in that tag. ;)

There are 8 layers before the ones he has shown. A lot can be done in those 8 layers. Quit assuming shit you can't prove.

Nobody gives a fuck how much layers it takes to make a certain piece of GFX.
The only thing that counts is the outcome.
& If you don't even know what the 'Aply image' option is, you shouldn't be talking like that.
