When you Posting a Censored Word, There comes a Warning Box with "You Posted a Censored Word, Word has Changed to "******"." Or Other Text.

He is saying that if it does that, then they will go back edit it and evade the censor. Censor evading = infraction.

Takes some time to find out the word has been censored. If there's an error message, they would just instantly change the word to evade the censor.
This error message would pretty trigger pplz to evade.
