Download and install xampp. If you dont know how to do that:
1. Go to Only the registered members can see the link. or direct link Only the registered members can see the link. and Download the xampp software first.
2. Run the installer. If you want, you can choose to install the Apache and MySQL servers as services, which will make them start automatically every time you start Windows. If you don’t choose this option, you will need to use the XAMPP Control Panel application to start the servers individually each time you need them. This may be desirable if you don’t intend to use your servers that often.
3. Upon completion of installation, the XAMPP Control Panel will open (if not, click Start » All Programs » Apache Friends » XAMPP » XAMPP Control Panel). This tool lets you start and stop the various servers installed as part of XAMPP.
4. Start Apache and MySQL by clicking on the “Start” buttons next to each item. If prompted by Windows Firewall, click the button labelled “Unblock”.
5. Go to Only the registered members can see the link. If you are directed to a page with the XAMPP logo, your installation was successful.
6. Here during installation i have given XAMPP to be installed in path [C:xampp], so obviously all the config and root files will be coming in this path by default. You can even change the root directory later by editing the Only the registered members can see the link. file later.
go to C:/xampp/apache/conf/Only the registered members can see the link.
Open it with notepad/notepad ++ and search for "80"
Change all "80" ports to the port you want like 85
here is a prove: Only the registered members can see the link.
Then you need to portforward it (the port 80 you changed)
Portforward it and you will see if you open xampp control panel then you get a error.
thats good, go to C:/xampp scroll down and you will see apache_start open it [Most time if you open it then you will get a error like:
Apache 2 is starting ...
(OS 10048)Elk socketadres (protocol/netwerkadres/poort) kan normaal slechts ÚÚn
keer worden gebruikt. : make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:85
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs
thats dutch btw
That means apache is already running so you dont need to open it.
To acces localhost/phpmyadmin (so your mysql) click on mysql_start
and you are done
portforwarding tut on zyxel router:
Go to network -> NAT
Service name: userdifned
Remote ip adress: all ipadress
server ip adress: your 192.168 ipadress
to find that ipadress go to start type cmd if you got windows 7 then hit enter
type ipconfig then look to your ipv4 ipadress and thats your 192.168 ip adress
Example:
IPv4-adres. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.60 <------------------
Subnetmasker. . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Standaardgateway. . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.254
External ports: your changed port (put that port on start and end)
Internal ports: your changed port (put that port on start and end)
Protocool: TCP
UDP isnt safe.
