need help makeing overloads for a 517 d3v0n scape source

i have the items i want to make into a overload but i just need to figure out how to make them so it can give them to 129/99 unlike super potions which brings it to 117/99..

also i wanna add the summon scroll gfx (when you use a summon scroll on real rs) when you turn on turmoil and i need the gfx id , and how to add it.can someone please help me

and btw the code for the potion i want to make into overload is the fishing potion

its a pvp server .nearly all 517 servers are pvp but some arent..

umm, i hope i dont get banned for this idk if its against the rules, but some guy on RuneServer had this... His names Chevy on here but all the posts from here got deleted.. its called like 517 overloads guide. And if this is against the rules, Mod/Admin delete this asap and tell me so i dont do it again :o
