Okay so I plan on having a Chaotic Rapier Pure for my first time and im not quite sure how lol

Can anyone give me a guide on how to be one like the:

Stats
Quests

and other things like that?

no quest are needed
when you first buy it
it will be at 20%
from 0-100%
you gotta pay 2m to fix.. all what you need to know atm

1-52 prayer.
1-99 range/mage.

Get 52 prayer. Smite with rapier = double win.
