can someone help me do a tos for myt website please

Need more information; Like what's on the site, is it a RSPS, is it a hosting service etc.
This will help us understand the website and what terms would need to be added ... assuming by "tos" you mean Terms of Service.

its for a rsps and yes Terms of Service and its for a paid hosting website with smf forums on it

A TOS should have a cookie enabled service coded into.
So that you don't annoy the users by re-agreeing the TOS again and again.

Id preferably use a database that stores and encrypts the users ID rather using cookies, although that is a good way, but imo I wouldn't use it.
