After trying to learn by my self, reading and reading tutorials i realized that I CAN'T LERAN LIKE THIS! So, im here to request a teacher, tutor, master person that could teach me CSS/HTML/PHP stuff about website making. I really want to learn how to do this!
I know that most people will ask for money... So im going to say it now. I'm a 14 year old kid that has no money at all, so free services would be extremely appreciated
