Hey guys, here's a simple guide on how to make 31.8k experience per hour. The profit would be 212.5k per hour.
In this guide we'll be making unfinished harralander potions.
Go to The Lighthouse, north of Barbarian Outpost and buy all the packs of Vials of Water for 25k. Then just buy them directly from the Grand Exchange...
Next go to the Grand Exchange and for a fast buy, buy grimy harralanders at 5% higher than market price.
Clean all the harralanders. You can clean approximately 5.3k per hour.
Fill the vials of water with the harralanders, making unfinished harralander potions.
Sell & Repeat.
