Anyway, if the mod isn't enough for you to believe he's trustworthy, I'll say it myself. Lusfr_ is probably the best and most reliable host you can get. Better than vpsland too.

I'm now using Lusfr_'s dedi service for my own personal, evil needs. I originally wasn't, and was simply vouching because he is staff, etc. But now that I'm officially using his services, I will give an actual vouch. It's faster than I expected it to be, and the 24/7 makes it easy to abuse for my own needs.
