I'm having some issues buying Portal for $9.99 on Steam.
I get different errors, because it doesn't match my PayPal contact info. So I make it match, then I get different ones..
Rather than you guys helping me, I'd like to offer 11$ PayPal.
• You pay $9.99 on Steam, and buy as a gift for my account. Or let me log in myself then you can buy it that way. I will then give you $11 to your PayPal.
Or vise-versa. Whichever.
