VPS Suggestion

Hey everyone I was looking at my server and then I was looking at VPS Prices.
Only the registered members can see the link.
It says for one of the plans Platinum:

75gb disk space
300gb bandwith
600mb dedicated ram
800mb burstable ram
$20/month
Now I was thinking, is this really worth it? I mean how many players can this hold w/o lagg? and so far I've been running off my 1 gb sony vaio (XP) and its been fine. If i start lagging ill switch to my mac? 4gb ram. But how many players do you expect for me 2 told on my sony and how many players can i hold with the VPS

Also what is the most important part of a VPS? diskspace? bandwith? dedicated/burstable ram?

I've heard of people not being happy with their services; They are good for prices but supposedly customer support and time taken to complete orders is ridiculous. Personally I used to use Only the registered members can see the link. - They are expensive; but worth it.
