[508]Increase friendlist & ignore list size

This should work with any 508 base i believe

Step #1

open PacketManager.java and search for

case 30:

you should see this


if(p.friends.size() >= 100) {

change the 100 to any number you want such as 900

Step #2

search for:

case 61:

and do the same thing you did in step 1
