Looking to start a project with someone

I'm looking to start a project with someone. I've never worked on a project with someone else, and I think it would be really great to do it. It would make the work better, easier, and it would get done faster. Of course, if you want to start a project with me, you have to know PHP. Other than that, give me some details and I've love to help out. :)

Actually it doesn't matter. It can be open source or not. I'm just bored and I'd be happy to help work on something.

Umm, you can help me work on 1 section of the toplist a little.
Just the uptime of the servers.
Its pretty easy to do and I have had finished a small version of it, but if you want to do something you could.
As I am busy working on like 50 different projects for people including the toplist, and that was the most time-consuming although the easiest.

(This is just a separate offer if your bored, I really can't handle another project right now :D )
