Hey well first off im glad to be back and I wanna help out more than I did before. I think I would be a good edition to the team. Im not asking for mod or admin Im asking for site devoloper. What this would give me is just permission to edit the site. Your probaly thinking why the hell do that? well everyone deserves a chance. I code html not so much everything else. but I do code forums well runesox.0fees.net theres proof I code vbulletin. I would like a shot its a chance to gain your trust.

You have to think you were in my position once. And Idk if someone gave you a shot or if they didnt well be the better person or do the same and give me a chance. You have to try everything once its a short life.

You'll need a shitload more experience if you want to help develop things for this site.
Starting with HTML, CSS, SQL, PHP, Javascript, eventually Ajax. Installing a vBulletin forum of a free host doesn't make you good at it.
Yet you really shouldn't expect me to give a new unknown member with 21 posts more power then administrators and moderators loll.

We already pretty much have our own site developers, Fellixombc comes into play on design, and Ikiliki will do the programming work. Why would you think we would instantly allow you into the team?

I agree with Ikiliki their to the full extent. Uploading forum software and installing is not classed as 'development'. It's called common sense. HTML is one of the easiest languages to learn besides CSS. HTML & CSS can't do much for development; Anyone can do HTML & CSS. Look at people like Felix and Pie`. People who have achieved a lot and who have contributed greatly to the RuneLocus Development. Without PHP and SQL you basically can't "contribute" much. I learnt languages in the order that Ikiliki actually stated 'HTML, CSS, SQL, PHP, Javascript, Ajax' which took a few years. Started when I was 12 almost 13.
Plus 21 post's and expecting a promotion? Ouch.

Pie` does nothing for these forums now. I'm still unaware what he even did in the first place.
To the matter at hand:
We've never seen you before, ever. Maybe most server operators would give you ftp access and permissions without a thought, but we certainly will not.

"OMG, iam proe vbelleting coder, i can istall it with the installer."
Lol, Do you know who Ikiliki is?
I'm sure Alex(Pie`) helped with the toplist.
I think, Ikiliki can make a Toplist without Pie`, Ikiliki is pro coder.

No he hasn't, I pretty much made it myself in a hurry (like a few hours work loll).
I just asked Pie for some help after the SQL injection, because I forgot the name of a function, and he knew it ;)

HAHA.
You think your a programmer right away after you have VBulletin?
We really don't need a site "manager" ikiliki does that perfectly fine.
Anyways, your obviously a amateur. I'd have a more likely chance at Website Developer on here more than most people, but I don't do work for free, so yeah...
