Well you need to port foward and send you client folders with a run.bat inside of that to them.

Im not writing a full guide in a topic, I'm sure someone has rewrote the tutorial on how to do it since the crash, and as for run.bat you should have it, it could be called built.bat..

OK first of all do you know what source your using?
Have you port forwarded your server.
Have you downloaded no-ip so people can actually connect.
Have you edited the ip the client connects to?

Open your router settings (Only the registered members can see the link. most of the time), and then edit your portforwarding.
If you need help with it, google it and there are various sites which can help. When you're done portforwarding, you need to make a second client, this client will be for your friends. Edit the client.java in your second client and search for 127.0.0.1 and change it into your real IP (google -> what is my ip). When you're done with that, give your second client to your friends (the one with your own ip in client.java) and use your first client (the one with 127.0.0.1 ip) for yourself only.
Ofcourse you need to run your run.bat, this is most of the time in all sources, if you don't have it:
@echo off
cd ../bin
"C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_20\bin\java.exe" grand/Server 43594
pause
The first red thing has to change into your jdk version (go into program files/java and you'll see), and the second red needs to change to your server path.

You have to create a client.
Then change the IP to your No-IP.
Then save and compile everything.
Then zip it and upload it.

You probably don't have to. Just try without it.
