how can i change crowns on how they look

Go to sprites on client folder and use a graphic editor (Gimp, Photoshop, Etc.) or you can search google for runescape crowns and it'll give you options there.Save them as the same name and everything unless you want to take an extra step.

Well in that case, load them into your client by going to sprite class, I don't remember the name, but it's one with the subs and open that up and add the image paths.

Just edit them using cache editor.

"Tom's cache suit", instead of hardcoding all that shit.
