He just saying that, A random person that he never saw can't get a premote for a rank which is better then administrators or moderators.

Honestly, the shoutbox was rarely ever used for it's original purpose (small talk?), and was mostly used for advertising and asking for help. I see no reason why you guys should bother re-adding it. It's like reputation; it's just a system that'll be abused over and over again.

He didn't say he didn't want to search himself. He said that all of the shoutboxes had security issues, lag issues, or weren't what the community wanted.

No matter what, I'm sticking to no.

You do not need a separate member-group just to moderate the Shoutbox. I have one on my forums and works perfect with 4.03! DBTECH, Although it is costly
