Maybe actually learn some things of web-design; javascript, php, html, css. Also get more acquainted with GFX more.
Not to hit it to you either, but most GFX site attempts end up failing. Especially when you have hundreds.

Good Luck, you have no idea at all how much hard work it is to promote a graphics site. I co-own one at the moment; Potstyle visits their and is a member. Seriously; it's not easy. We've had to release countless resource packs; countless dollars spent on marketing. My suggestion because also you're just starting graphics; visit graphics forums and get better yourself first before even thinking of opening a site. You're peers / members will just look at you and go 'lol he's done gfx for 2 days amfg waow'.
Can't say the name of the GFX community I co-own mainly because it's advertising. But yeah; it's a well known forum now.
