Grabbing model's.

today im trying to grab models from the cache but how do i know which cache is the one from the latest runescape?
i have cache folder's going up to 14 =S
but i have a model folder after which has load's of model's in a different file type.

also, when there is a new rs update and there is a item i want do i just get the cache again like i did before?

Uhm Try The Model Grabber? Don't Manually Extract From The Cache Search "Model Grabber" And When You Download It You Can Run It And It Will Automatically Extract It From The RS Cache :p

well i use a model grabber, and it's got a "export new cache" batch file. so i run it, it goes through 14 cache's i have on my computer then place's them into a folder called model.

so am i doing something wrong or something lol :L

You aren't gonna know which models are what til u get an model dump from the revision that you get these from... like if you are doing it know you will need a model dump from a 613 client, or you will have to manually go in and look for them and make the int's yourself

Oh, thank you for explaining :)
But, when i tryed putting the .dat folder in that thing to look at them it wouldnt let me see them, then i put this folder of other file's, and it let me look at them but they all seemed to be useless, they was like just object's i didnt see no item's.

and does anyone have a dump?

Yes you posted a link to a Model Viewer, Congratulations... You can now view the model... good luck finding the ints cause now it gonna look like shit, Hippie408 had a guide on the old forums its not something thats easy or quick to do so don't say that I don't know what I'm talking about until you do..

Relapse You Run The Run.Bat To Download Models.. If You Were Smart Enough You Would Know How To Use It, It Automatically Downloads The Models..

And No 0r4nge ownz Your Not, It Views The Models But It Automatically Downloads Them From The Runescape Cache, You Don't Even Need To Have The Cache On Your Computer To Do It :p

I mean model dumper once you start it the models get dumped slowly into the Models folder in the RSMV folder or Dumper folder or wherever you have it and then you can view them in datmaker.

If you had a 613/614 whatever runescape currently is item/npc dump then you could just look at it by item or monster and not have to search through... which makes things 1000x easier

Plus once you find the model you are going to have to make the int's for it to fit your server (if thats what you are doing with it) or it will be wrongly sized and not fit the character right
